Pastrami is Back!

From March 11 through May 5, we’re serving up smoked beef pastrami, seasoned by hand, smoked low and slow, and carved to order. There are a few ways to get it - just don’t wait too long:
- Smoked Pastrami (by the lb.): Seasoned by hand, smoked to perfection, and carved to order.
- Pastrami Sandwich: Smoked beef pastrami carved to order on a toasted bun.
- Texas Reuben: Smoked beef pastrami with creamy coleslaw, pickles, and Texas aioli on a toasted bun.
- Pastrami Crispy Baked Potato: Crispy baked potato topped with smoked beef pastrami, queso, Texas aioli, and crispy onion straws.
