The Big Bone is back, baby! Beginning February 17, 2018, we’ll be smoking these HUGE beef ribs every Saturday in very limited quantities. Each rib has about a pound of smoky barbeque goodness—perfect for sharing with someone you love. But if you’re hoping to get your hands on one, get to your local joint early—these are only available Saturdays through March 31, 2018, and in very limited quantities (i.e. we will sell out!).

The Big Bone is priced by the pound ($20/lb) and weights vary.
